How do I download a purchase?
For website purchases, use the secure digital access shown after successful payment and provided with the order confirmation. For an earlier Etsy purchase, sign in to the Etsy account used for the order and open Purchases and Reviews.
What should I do if a file will not open?
Download the file again and open it with current software. If the problem continues, email SafeSEL support with the order email, product title and transaction or receipt number.
Can I print the resources more than once?
You may print within the scope of the license supplied with the product. A personal or single-user purchase does not automatically allow school-wide or organisation-wide sharing.
Can I edit or adapt a resource?
You may adapt how you present or complete a resource with a child. Do not remove ownership marks, resell, redistribute or upload the files. Check the product license for specific permissions.
