Where do I buy paid SafeSEL resources?
All paid purchases are completed through the SafeSEL Etsy shop. This website does not take payment or deliver paid files.
How do I download a purchase?
Sign in to the Etsy account used for the order and open Purchases and Reviews. Etsy provides the available digital files. The Etsy app may not show every download option, so use a web browser if needed.
What should I do if a file will not open?
Download the file again, check the listing for included formats and open PDF files with a current PDF reader. Contact SafeSEL through Etsy with the order details if the problem continues.
Can I print the resources more than once?
You may print within the scope of the license supplied with the listing. A personal or single-user purchase does not automatically allow school-wide or organisation-wide sharing.
Can I edit or adapt a resource?
You may adapt how you present or complete a resource with a child. Do not remove ownership marks, resell, redistribute or upload the files. Check the listing license for specific permissions.
Are the materials therapy or medical advice?
No. They are educational resources and do not replace assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical advice, crisis support or local safeguarding procedures.
