Professional workshop kits
One named purchaser may repeatedly deliver the purchased workshop to their own groups and may charge participants to attend live sessions personally facilitated by that purchaser. Participant-facing handouts may be printed for attendees. This does not allow resale or sharing of digital source files, use by additional facilitators, or organization-wide distribution.
Usually permitted
- Printing copies for the purchaser’s own home, classroom, caseload or direct professional work when covered by the purchased license.
- Displaying a licensed visual support in the purchaser’s classroom, office or home.
- Adapting how the resource is introduced, discussed or completed to meet a child’s needs.
Parent & Caregiver Handouts in the Complete SEL Toolkit
The named purchaser may print or digitally share individual Parent & Caregiver Handouts with the parents or caregivers of children they personally teach, counsel or support. This limited permission is intended to support consistent strategies between school and home.
Do not share the complete Parent & Caregiver Handouts PDF, the complete toolkit or bundle, editable or source files, or access and download links. Recipients may use the individual handout for their own family but may not redistribute, upload, publish or resell it.
Not permitted without written permission
- Uploading files to shared drives, websites, social media or resource libraries.
- Emailing or distributing editable or printable files to other adults outside the license, except for the individual Parent & Caregiver Handouts permission above.
- Reselling, sublicensing, translating for distribution or presenting SafeSEL files as your own work.
- Using a single-user purchase across an entire school, organisation or commercial programme.
Sharing with families
For the Complete SEL Toolkit, use the specific Parent & Caregiver Handouts permission above. For other products, a professional may provide completed pages or limited printed copies to the child or family they directly support only when the applicable product license allows direct client use.
