Usually permitted

• Printing copies for the purchaser’s own home, classroom, caseload or direct professional work when covered by the purchased license.
• Displaying a licensed visual support in the purchaser’s classroom, office or home.
• Adapting how the resource is introduced, discussed or completed to meet a child’s needs.

Not permitted without written permission

• Uploading files to shared drives, websites, social media or resource libraries.
• Emailing or distributing editable or printable files to other adults outside the license.
• Reselling, sublicensing, translating for distribution or presenting SafeSEL files as your own work.
• Using a single-user purchase across an entire school, organisation or commercial programme.

Sharing with families

A professional may provide completed pages or limited printed copies for the child or family they directly support when the product license allows direct client use. Do not send the reusable digital source file unless the license explicitly permits it.
