Free SEL Activity Planner
Choose a goal, setting, age range and time. Get an adult-guided activity you can use without buying a printable. This is a small curated library, not an AI generator or a clinical assessment.
How to use your plan
Read the steps first, choose a neutral moment and offer the child a way to pass or answer without writing. Select Create my plan again after changing your choices. Copy saves the text to your clipboard; Print opens your browser’s print dialog.
Example: asking for help
For a five-minute home activity, describe a child who is stuck on an instruction. Identify an available helper, model one specific request and practice an adult response. End with a second helper the child could approach. The generated plan includes adaptations and boundaries.
