Healthy friendship worksheets should leave room for boundaries, not require a child to be friends with everyone. Select friendship worksheets according to the situation you want to discuss. For friendship group activities, a fictional example reduces pressure to disclose a personal conflict. Friendship scenario cards offer further situations to compare, but the purpose is a thoughtful discussion rather than getting through every card quickly.
Read one scenario, allow time to consider it, and compare possible responses before moving to another card. Ask “What would make that response helpful here?” rather than rewarding the fastest answer. The 60-card Friendship Repair set offers realistic peer scenarios; the free Being a Good Friend resource is an option when you want to inspect a sample first.
Social skills handouts can introduce shared language before a group discusses a fictional disagreement. Give each learner a way to contribute without identifying classmates or retelling a painful incident publicly. Then consider what repair might look like and when adult help is needed. Choose resources that fit the situation: a misunderstanding, an ongoing exclusion and bullying should not all receive the same worksheet response.
Use these friendship activities resources to teach one clear skill at a time, practise it with realistic examples and return to it when the child is calm enough to learn.
