FREE PARENT PDF · Screen Time & Transitions

Free Screen Time Conflict Pattern Map

This free two-page screen-time conflict sample helps parents track one important transition at a time rather than focusing only on total minutes. The daily tracker records the transition, difficulty level and child and adult responses; the weekly review then looks for the easiest and hardest transitions, rules that reduced negotiation, useful landing activities and one rule to keep or adjust.
