Questions

Whole-school license FAQ

Who is covered by the license?

One purchasing school or educational facility at one physical location. Its employed teachers, school counselors, psychologists, social workers and student-support staff may use the resources in their work for that school.

Can we place the files on a staff drive?

Yes. The purchasing school may store the files in a private, access-controlled staff drive for licensed employees at that location. Public links, open websites and sharing with another school are not permitted.

Can staff share materials with families?

Yes. Staff may send or print individual parent and caregiver resources for families currently supported by the school. The complete library, source bundle and download links must stay inside the licensed school.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time $149 purchase for the current resource library and the whole-school usage rights described on this page.

Does the license cover a district?

No. The $149 license covers one school or facility. A district, multi-campus organization or network needs one license per location unless SafeSEL agrees to a separate written district license.

Are the resources editable?

The included resources are print-ready PDFs and printable files. Editable source files are not promised. Staff can choose pages, adapt delivery and add their own verbal guidance.
