Child-focused SEL pages, cards, lessons and parent handouts. It does not automatically include this professional product line.
Educational training products remain a separate offer from both printable clinical tools and the Complete SEL Toolkit.
Compare therapy tools by the task you need to support. Therapy intake forms gather context, a treatment plan template organises proposed work, and a progress notes template documents a session. A therapist planner serves a different purpose again. Start with the gap in your workflow, then inspect the actual format. These professional documents are not standardized diagnostic tests, and a structured form cannot make a clinical decision for you.
The Progress Notes Pack includes General, SOAP, DAP, BIRP, goal-focused, caregiver and play-based formats for documenting work. The Session Planner connects formulation, goals, activities, regulation needs, caregiver involvement and follow-up before or around a session. Both list A4 and US Letter PDF and editable DOCX editions. Keep completed records in your approved system and adapt documents to your professional requirements.
Start with a gap in your workflow rather than the largest page count. The core bundle includes twenty products; the complete professional library includes forty-four. Check the included-product lists for overlap. Parent-facing handouts can support explained home practice, but they do not make the entire clinical collection suitable for unsupervised caregiver use.
Therapist tools have different jobs at different stages of care. Intake forms organise initial information, planning resources connect priorities and goals, and progress notes document the work. A child-facing activity has another purpose again. Review the file formats and sample pages before buying, and choose what fills an actual gap in your workflow. These downloads do not replace professional training or your organisation’s documentation requirements.
An intake forms template organises information at the beginning of care; a therapy notes template records a particular appointment. Check the fields rather than choosing by appearance. Therapy intake questions should suit the informant and purpose, while notes need to distinguish reported information, observations and the practitioner’s work. Inspect the preview and adapt the document to local requirements before using it in practice.
SafeSEL templates support organization and professional judgment. They do not determine diagnosis, replace individualized assessment, establish legal or regulatory compliance, or substitute for a practitioner’s documentation requirements, supervision or local professional standards.
